Seasonal Kaiseki Menu

Sakizuke           Kuruma shrimp in ginger dashi served with sea urchin,
                           figs, sweet corn mousse and figs jelly,
                           grilled rice ball topped with pan-seared foie gras                                                                                                                                          

Wanmono          Sea bass served with winter melon
                            and Shimanto seaweed in clam broth flavored with ginger

Mukozuke         Torched pike eel, tuna, squid, striped horse mackerel      

Futamono          Baked baby pumpkin gratin topped with lobster and truffle

Yakimono         Charcoal grilled Spanish mackerel with hints of yuzu,
                           Kamo eggplant topped with miso and manganji pepper
                           stuffed with crab meat and fish mousse

Shiizakana         Roasted Kagoshima wagyu beef served with
                            deep-fried tofu mixed with thinly sliced vegetables,
                            sauce of scallop dashi and Kyoto chives

Gohan               Steamed rice served with crab meat and sea urchin in a Kama pot

Mizumono         Yuubari melon, black sesame sorbet
