Sakizuke           Grilled rice ball topped with wagyu beef tartar, sea urchin and caviar

                           Parma ham rolled with figs and sea bass

                           Deep fried sweet corn croquette served with paprika sauce 

                           Grilled Maitaka and Shimeji flavored with dashi

                           Homemade pumpkin sesame tofu topped with salmon roe

Wanmono          Grilled river eel served with Kamo eggplant and Koyto chives in ichibandashi                                                                    

Mukozuke         Simmered abalone, torched striped horse mackerel

                           Mini crab miso sushi, Akami tuna sushi,

                           Barracuda roll sushi, mixed vegetable pickles

Futamono          Hot egg custard topped with pan-seared foie gras and sea eel

Yakimono         Charcoal grilled Japanese spiny lobster with sea urchin,

                           summer vegetables, grape stuffed with mascarpone cheese

                           and red mullet roe

Shiizakana         Charcoal grilled Kagoshima wagyu flap steak served with

                          physalis and sukiyaki sauce flavored with yuzu pepper

Gohan               Steamed rice with truffle in a Kama pot

                           served with onsen egg sauce
