Seasonal Kaiseki Menu

Sakizuke           Pan-fried sesame tofu topped with butter sautéed shrimp,                                                                          

                          zuwai crab, sea urchin, caviar and sea urchin soy sauce

Wanmono          Grilled river eel served with Kamo eggplant and Koyto chives in ichibandashi

Mukozuke         Simmered abalone, torched striped horse mackerel

                           sea urchin one-bite sushi, Akami tuna sushi,

                           sea eel sushi, mixed vegetable pickles

Onmono            Hokkaido zuwai crab in Horakoyaki style, served with lily bulbs

                           and mushroom, topped with crab miso sauce

Yakimono         Charcoal grilled managatsuo in misoyouan style, served with

                           grilled Maitake mushroom and mizuna flavored with dashi

Shiizakana         Charcoal grilled Kagoshima wagyu beef tenderloin

    served with pan-seared foie gras, green mustard and

                           balsamic flavoured red wine reduction

Gohan               Cold somen served with deep-fried Sakura shrimp cake

                           and matsutake mushroom tempura

Mizumono         Roasted tea blancmange, black sesame sorbet
