A Whole New Dining Experience in 2018

2018-01-17

Striving to offer you an even more sensational dining experience, we never stop to innovate. As our first kaiseki menu in 2018, Chef Ishiba is taking new year as an inspiration which features elements of red and white, the traditional festive representation of Japanese new year, with an array of luxurious ingredients and plenty of warmth across all dishes. Not to mention our well-received sake pairing experience is back with famous Niigata sake house, Hakkaisan. Only at an additional of HK$668, sake lovers will enjoy 7 kinds of exquisite sake including the super premium Hakkaisan Junmaidaiginjo Kongoshin (金剛心).

Giving you a wider choice of culinary indulgence, a sampler of the seasonal taste - a brand new 7-course Petite Kaiseki menu is launched at a good value of HK$880. For our regular guests, the new a la carte menu is set to delight you with a wider range of best-in-season delicacy together with some of our signature dishes, all served in La Bombance’s bold and vibrant style.
